Laneige Eyebrow Cushion_cara Two Tone
So recently, Laneige kindly sent me a few goodies and I've been religiously trying them out before recommending you guys any!
Introducing the Laneige Eyebrow Cushion_cara Two Tone~ Ok I don't get the name too but the product is pretty good so that's fine hahaha
It comes in 2 shades - 1 Two Toned Grey and 2 Two Toned Brown.
I really really appreciate the fact that there is a grey cause my brow hair is black and brown really looks off on me!
Close-up of the product. It's so cute? And it's really cushion leh!
When I heard that it's cushion at first, I was really wondering how the application would be like. I mean, I associate cushion with a patting motion and a sponge right?
So it comes with this - which I thought was pretty clever - a foldable, duo-headed brow tool~
One end is a spoolie and omg it's DAMN FAT AND CUTE. Omg like 🐡 (ok no not a pufferfish but a hedgehog but there's still no hedgehogs emoji leh?)
HAHAHAHA I couldn't stop rubbing my thumb over it when I first saw it. It's super soft tho, unlike regular spoolies. And it's small. That's 👍🏼. Cause brows dont normally take up huge space right. The other end is a teeny angled brush.
So this is how the two shades look like!
1 Two Toned Grey comes with a soft taupe and greyish black and 2 Two Toned Brown comes in a blondish shade and a darker chocolate brown.
The lighter shade goes in the front of your brow (1/3) and then the darker one is for the tail end (2/3). The ratio is just agaration okay. It's how I do mine hahaha
And btw, these definitely act as tint. They are there to stay. I used micellar water AND oil and look at how red my arm is from scrubbing. Ain't going no where. 😂😂😂 But I love brow products that do that k. Then the next day I don't have to spend forever figuring out everything from scratch 🙊
My brows are normal? I guess? It's rather dark cause my brow hairs are grey/black and there's basically patchiness and just needs shaping up.
But yes, my brows are a mess right now but homegurl is lazyyyyyy 🙈 I will get them trimmed and plucked and shaped before CNY. There's no one here admiring my brows anyway too 😳🙊
But okay, back to the product, I applied the product in a stamping/brushing-upwards motion and then brushing the spoolie lightly over to soften and blend everything out.
I really like how everything turned out! Really soft and natural and not too harsh! 2017 is all about the natural brows okay. I like how even it all looks even tho my natural brows v patchy and the shade matches me sooooo well!
I thought I wouldn't use this much when I got it cause I'm really used to pencils, but surprisingly, i reach for it DAILY! It's so easy and the shades match me! Shiok 🙌🏼
