Rice

Rice has plenty of anti-aging and anti-oxidant properties. Long term use can also promote suppleness and is moisturizing!

Wasn’t particularly impressed with this. It’s a regular sheet mask that provided decent hydration and brightening results but nothing special. I’m sorry for the lighting diff. I try to keep all my conditions the same but sometimes, a stray one escapes me and the stark difference is so sore to the eye.

Fig

This is my first time using something with Fig in it so I had to go do my research for this as a skin care ingredient!

Fig has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. Not only that, it can also reduce sebum and melanin production so good for freckles and pigmentation issues.

I’m gonna come out and say this left the least impressions on me. It barely reduce any redness and I could hardly see any difference using it.

I know I talk about the benefits of the main ingredients above but do note that they are normally for long term use and not just a one time thing thru sheet masks lah.

Broccoli

Broccoli is such a weird ingredient, isn’t it! But my research wowed me alil. It has the ability to repair UV damage and due to it being rich in Vit C, it is also v effective in brightening! It’s also full in anti-oxidants so yay.

• not much reduction in redness

I was really most impressed by this. It calmed my skin down really quickly and blurred out my pores and gave me this smoothing effect. Will definitely stock up on this!

Tea Tree

Tea Tree has long been one of my fave ingredient esp when it comes to dealing with blemishes. It has both anti-inflammatory and anti-septic effects so it’s really awesome for blemish-prone skin.

This has decent hydrating effects and slight brightening properties but again, this is common of most sheet masks so nothing particularly special, I feel.

Ginseng

I’m sorry for the confusion. This is no. 11 hahaha Ginseng has anti-aging and anti-oxidant properties. It’s also chokeful of phytonutrients that can tone and brighten skin.

Even tho this didn’t reduce any redness, it did provide me with a healthy glow and seemed to make me look...healthier. It also had slight pore blurring effects and I like it! It also has a thicker essence so it’s better for drier skin types!

Coconut

Finally, last one! Coconut. The ingredient in this isn’t coconut oil, but coconut juice! Like the water yah lol Surprised to find out it has anti-aging and anti-oxidant properties!

This has a similar texture to ginseng and would be better suited for drier skin types. It made my skin soft and calmed it down quite a bit. There’s still redness but my skin also had a nice healthy glow. Not too shabby! It also blurred my pores out alil for sure.

Yay whee! Done with Part II! Left with 6 more masks for part III. I looked thru them and they looked quite promising so I’m pretty excited. Don’t know if I can get III up in time before 28th tho.

Out of these 6, my favourite is definitely broccoli for this range!
